Cottonwood House Heritage Site

Pit Stop: Driving back from Barkerville, we decided to stop in at the Cottonwood House Heritage Site. Needless to say, I loved it here. It was a beautiful piece of land with a gorgeous forests of cottonwood surrounding it. We had no intention of stopping in but we had a bit of extra time and wanted to use their facilities and grab a snack. We ended up staying for over an hour exploring the property and reading about the history of the area. Definitively worth the stop.
